I bring a broad background in financial management, business operations, administration, property management, communications, and project coordination. That range allows me to see the bigger picture while still being comfortable getting into the details. Whether I’m working with a business, supporting a nonprofit, or helping an individual manage a complex project, I can step in, understand what needs attention, and take responsibility for moving it forward.
My clients don’t need another layer of consulting or a report telling them what they already know. They need someone experienced, resourceful, and dependable who can work independently, communicate clearly, solve problems as they arise, and follow through.

A little about me.
I’m Lisa Kexel, owner of Kexel Consulting. My professional path hasn’t followed one narrow track—and I consider that one of my greatest strengths.
I began my career in education, where I spent years learning how to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, solve problems creatively, and work with people with very different needs. Since then, my work has expanded into small-business operations, bookkeeping and financial management, property and lease administration, nonprofit administration, communications, websites, events, and project coordination.
That varied experience has made me particularly comfortable walking into situations where there are a lot of moving pieces. I enjoy figuring out how things work, identifying what needs attention, creating order where it's needed, and finding practical solutions that actually work for the people involved.
I’m based in the Pacific Northwest and believe the best working relationships are built on trust, clear communication, reliability, and follow-through.
And while the projects may vary, the goal is usually the same: make things simpler, more organized, and easier to move forward.
